The staff is friendly, professional, responsive and proactive. Being able to walk to restaurants, bars and Whole Foods, with the Galleria and River Oaks District nearby has been a plus. The skyline views, cleanliness and luxurious atmosphere is the best part of living here!

Move in orientation was very clear and straight forward. All the staff including the receptionist and even the cleaning staff were extremely friendly to residents and are always proactive in helping out.

From the move-in stage, the staff provided a thorough orientation. The explanations were clear, and they answered all of my questions carefully, even when I asked multiple times. The same person supported me during the apartment tour as well. Thanks to the detailed and professional explanation, I felt comfortable signing the contract. In addition, the apartment has strong facilities and security. The front desk and valet staff are also very kind and supportive. Overall, I feel confident living here, and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

The 7th Amenities floor is first rate with a spacious workout facility that has a full complement of machines and free weights. Once you’re done with that you can relax in or next to an open aired pool with a view, relax in a courtyard hammock or let your pet run free in the dog park. Add a pool table, golf driving range simulator, four outdoor cabana kitchens and you have something for everyone,

#1 Highrise in Houston, Texas! The views of the skyline and buildings are so beautiful! Not to mention the luxurious surroundings of Uptown, Galleria, Tanglewood areas which are amazing!

Love it here! Everyone is so nice. Concierge could be a little bit more aware of the way they speak to people sometimes but otherwise everything is great. Pool is beautiful. Valet is an awesome perk. My view is amazing!

I love this apartment! I’ve been here over a year and just signed a new lease for a different unit in the building. Amenities are great, people are friendly, and the building is clean. The views are immaculate. I feel very safe living here as well.

Community is gorgeous, but the staff so far are great, mia was amazing at every step of the way, I had sold my house with 0 flexibility from the buyer and needed to move asap and she went above and beyond to get me approved quickly. The concierge, cant rem her name was also very sweet and helpful.

I’ve never given a perfect score in my life—until now. Aspire went beyond every expectation. The entire team made me feel like more than just a client—they treated me like VIP from day one. Every question I had was answered, every concern handled quickly, and the whole process felt seamless. It’s rare to find a company that actually delivers on what they promise, but Aspire nailed it. 10/10 across the board.

It is nice living at Aspire, there are nice residents and the facilities are nice. The maintence team are always very prompt and professional. There are a few things that have been on going issues. Trash bags on my floor are just constantly left on the floor in the trash room and not placed in the trash chutes. The pool could be cleaner after weekends. Other than that we are happy! :)

Good community, good staff, I would just say this building has “medium issues” with animals that aren’t suitable for apartment living. We have a new move in 806, who has a dog that barks all day and with any noise , I haven’t contacted leasing, I’m hoping someone would just let the neighbor know like “hey your dog barks all day” . Being that I’m down the hall and can still hear it but I’m far enough away that I don’t bother to complain. Other than that community is good.
